You could hear gasps in the audience as models walked the Vogue Bambini runway show wearing Nina Hovnanian's fantasy creations. The dresses - hand-painted with sea creatures, tulle covered and festooned - epitomize wearable art.  Outstanding Pieces: A tank with hand-painted starfish meets its match in a sea-colored skirt. Crouch launched with a small collection of classic, well-made boyswear. Each style is available in several colors and some designs are reversible.
