Designer Anne MacGilvray continues into spring with the rich, jewel tones buyers love. She's used the hues to color comfortable, girlish knit separates as well as a small group of flirty woven dresses. Outstanding Pieces: While the dress has the appeal of a simple pull-on, its deeply frilled shoulder straps and bodice detail, the sophisticated floral and lush plum tones, make it so much more.
A shirtdress is updated with dive-in-the-pool tones of turquoise and lime, lime lace, a dropped waist and seaming that makes for a flattering fit. What's not to love?

Outstanding Pieces: Rich, vegetable tones and jazzy stripes give the Belted Poncho pizzazz, while a bow ties the piece in front, offering warmth and chic styling. Beneath it is the Romper with an adorable rabbit graphic.

Farley understands trends, yet her garments never look flashy or overtly sexy. She understands color, too, and uses subdued hues of fashion forward shades and neutrals.
