March 2010 Children's Club: Established Lines - Part I

Below are some of the well established lines who really stood out this time around at ENK Children's Club (March 7-9, 2010).

A. Tierney

Perfectly preppy accessories

Designer: Alyssa Tierney

Wholesale: $1.50 - $38

Sizes: Boys 4 - 7, Boys 8 - 20, Girls 4 - 6X, Girls 7 - 14, Pre teen

What's the big idea? Unabashedly preppy, playful, fun, happy, and well priced accessories for the young set. Ms. Tierney's headquarters are even located in New York's premier preppy neighborhood (Manhattan's Carnegie Hill). Her's is an extensive line which includes familiar iconic classics as well as fashion forward jewelry (like bib necklaces, pendants, bangles and oversized cocktail rings); but the best sellers are still the belts and especially, the bucket hats with grosgrain trim, so she has expanded and offers customization and monogramming (another big part of the business); in addition, Ms. Tierney believes in giving back to the community (she sits on many boards and her website also offers a Partner's for Profits Program, which can help an organization raise much needed funds).
