August 4, 2019 – What Now Atlanta – Born Baby later this year could launch in Buckhead.

The baby apparel retailer would be situated at 3229 Cains Hill Pl NW, Atlanta, GA according to a recently-submitted Special Administrative Permit (SAP) application.

Lauren Baynes submitted the SAP seeking a variance to reduce the required bicycle parking from two spaces to zero.

“The target customer consisting mainly of pregnant and new mothers are unlikely to
arrive by bicycle,” according to the application.

Baynes argues there’s a “lack of area” for the bicycle parking “due to limited space available” with planned facade changes.
