October 2, 2019 – Click on Detroit – Host Tati Amare is joined by Meredith Bruckner, the Community News Producer at allaboutannarbor.com and the owner of The Little Seedling, Molly Ging, to talk about its family-friendly workplace in Ann Arbor, MI.

The Little Seedling sells clothes, toys and other necessities for newborns and kids up to 10 years old. But what makes this place special is that the staff can bring their children to work every day! This eliminates the need for childcare and still allows parents to work. Ging was an at-home mom who was looking for meaningful work and created The Little Seedling to fill a need for kid’s gear in Ann Arbor.
