August 18, 2023 – Patch – Yaya + Lou, a children’s store dedicated to promoting ownership of fewer, better things, has announced its upcoming grand opening at Hyde Park Village in Tampa, Fla. Saturday Aug. 19.

Owner Chelsea Santos has curated a collection of heirloom goods for babies and children, offering a wide range of clothing, accessories, toys, books and gifts that can be cherished and passed down from one child to the next.

Inspired by the small boutique shops found on the streets of New York, Santos opened Yaya + Lou in 2019 after identifying a gap in the market for children’s stores in Central Florida. A native New Yorker, Santos brings her passion for creating warm and welcoming spaces to the Tampa area.
