The Sopp's humorous slogans and in-house production fits the bill.

ZEBI Homebase: Windsor, CA DESIGNER/ORIGINATOR: Stacy Phillips Sizes: 3 to 12 months; Wholesale prices: $9-$15 Textiles designs were at their creative best during the Sixties. Bright prints in throbbing, psychedelic designs made up one school; the other focused on natural, hand-printed motifs in earth-based colorations. Phillips' new patterns and colors fall into the latter category. The pieces - simple bibs, tees and bloomers - are mostly free of detail so the motifs hold center stage.

They've introduced new fine-gauge blankets and sweaters that are just as luxurious as the heftier version yet better suited for spring or year-round use in warmer climates - and the price-point is fine(r), too. They're knitting more apparel with back motifs and to coordinate to all their cute pieces is a new group of adorable hand-knit booties. More to love.
