Make that endorsement from celebrity tween Emily Grace Reaves ("Cindy Lou" in "Hannah Montana: The Movie") and you've got something exciting going on. The young actor spotted Ooh! La La! Couture while surfing the Internet and since then has worn the company's T-shirt-and-tutued confections to several red carpet events.
