SUBMARINE Homebase: Miami, FL There are wonderful color palettes and arresting prints at Submarine for Spring/Summer 2010. In this cute suit, designer Deborah Soriano mixes Pop Art with jungle inspired bamboo buckles. Bright tones are a natural on the beach, but there's nothing wrong with smoky hues.
