The October Children's Club Spring 2008: Established Lines As I have previously pointed out, we like to balance our coverage of the Children's Club (October 14-16, 2007) by reporting on both the 'new' (two years and under) and the not so new (meaning, the more established) companies. Each brings something special to the table. Below is a sampling of those who stood out in the latter category.

FYI: Ms. Forsman has been in business for 25 years and admits to having always been "crafty"; she does not think of her designs (which "make you smile" and make the perfect gift) in terms of age (in fact," it's not about age" she says) and many of her pieces - which glow, flash, snap, and spin, can be found in Museum shops around the country, including MOMA and the Jewish Museum Shops here in New York. FYI: Beth's first product was a burp pad trimmed with ribbon which came about as a result of a friend who "complained about going out to nice places with old cloth diapers" and the company has expanded from there.
