Designers: Dante Pauwels; Marcus Theobald Ages: 2 - 5 Wholesale: $17 - $47 Standouts: The ballistic nylon little and big kid backpacks, wheelie bags (the "ultimate jet setting suitcase for kids of all ages"), little and big eco packs made entirely from recycled plastic water bottles and trimmed with naturally biodegradable canvas; the insulated lunch boxes which started it all. And all of which are decorated with an assortment of positively irresistible creatures (dino, ladybug, shark, monkey, penguin, lion, pig, bee, polar bear, panda, etc.) in addition to peace signs, hearts, and an abstract 'recycled' logo. FYI: The hip, Manhattan-based company is known for their imaginative designs, eye catching graphics and their commitment to the environment. While it all started with the ever popular lunch boxes, the adult line, dedicated to the cool, hip mom, has developed quite a following thanks to their selection of laminated canvas convertible stroller bags and 'haul totes' (medium and large), which can be adorned with a metallic heart, peace sign, graphic flowers, or my personal favorite, the abstract 'wink'. Silly Souls by Babygags Designer: Shelley Foster Wholesale: $2.50 - $10 Ages: 0 - 6 years Standouts: The packaged gift sets (that contain shoes, socks, T-shirts, caps); the red 'Macho Man' shoe and 'Speed Demon' T-shirt gift set; the PVF bootie ('Rock Star' or 'Rockette'); the black snowboard boots; the black high tops ('Rebel without a Cause'); the gold and silver metallic pre walkers. Morfs Brand One-of-a-kind, unique, 'art-to-wear' apparel for kids Designer: Julie Barger Wholesale: $26 - $31 Ages: Infant - 12 Standouts: In celebration of the upcoming 40th anniversary of Sesame Street, a new line was created, Morfs Brand for Sesame Street, comprised of the company's signature sock sleeved T-shirts, short and long sleeved T's emblazoned with the colorful characters from the iconic show (Elmo, Oscar, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Super Grover, Zoe, and The Count).
