October 24, 2018 –The Dallas Morning News – When the lease is up and the shopkeepers are around retirement age, many local merchants will call it quits. Not Janet and Jay Finegold.

They just moved their KidBiz TheBiz children’s and teen apparel boutique to Inwood Village on Lovers Lane in Dallas, TX from the Plaza at Preston Center, where it’s been for more than 25 years.

To say they’ve beaten the odds is an understatement. About half of all small businesses last five years or less and only one-third make it past 10 years, according to the Small Business Administration. Read more at The Dallas Morning News.
